These are 4 our most successful OSS/BSS implementation projects:

1. Implementation of the Inventory and Process Management System for 2G/3G operator in the Mediterranean region

The operator profile: 25+ million corporate and consumer customers, 2G and rapidly growing 3G network, own and leased transmission infrastructure, multi-vendor core and radio equipment, own IP MPLS network.

The project covered:

• Creating the centralized inventory system for all domains, including: telco and non-telco inventory, logical and physical parts, IP MPLS, SDH/PDH, Radio network, LMDS, DSL

• Creating the Process Management System aiming at managing company's processes, such as New Site Rollouts, Capacity Growth, Corporate Customer Order Fulfillment

• Massive data migration from over 60 data sources, including data sheets, reports, MS Access databases, home-grown systems and NMSs

2. The integration architecture and design for a large Long Distance Call provider in Russia.

The operator profile: The major operator providing IP MPLS VPN services, telephony for consumers and local operators

The project focused on Gathering Requirements and building an Architecture for a Service Bus implementation. This SOA-platform was based on the WebLogic Integration and Aqualogic Service Bus product suits of BEA. The platform brought high-level of automation for Service Fullfilment for add/change and cease operations for IP MPLS VPN customers. The functionality embraced CRM, Inventory, Work-force management and Billing systems.

3. Implementation of the Inventory System for a Cable Provider

The operator profile: The major operator providing Cable, Mobile and Telephony services in Europe. 3+ million customers, wide IP infrastructure, fixed and VoIP telephony.

The project covered:

• Creating the centralized inventory system for IP/MPLS, Telephony, DSL Access, SDH Transport.

• Support for such operations as: Network Capacity Management, Customer/Service Fault Management, Network Design and Planning

4. Implementation of the Data Migration project

The operator profile: The large operator providing Wireless, Cable and Satellite communication services in Pacific region

The project covered the implementation of Data Migration and System Integration for a central inventory system. As a result, more than 6 corporate systems were integrated, "excel-hell" of more than 600 spreadsheet removed totally.
